NMLF is licensed by the Georgia Department of Banking & Finance as a provider of the 40 hours required education for new mortgage brokers & processors, 20 hours for loan originators and the 8 hours required education for yearly license renewal.
NMLF is one of 23 of the first schools to be licensed as an NMLS Approved Education Provider #1400038 and first in Georgia.
