We are excited to announce that our 24-hour loan officer licensing class has been approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for continuing education for realtors. Welcome, realtors!
For those of you who hold both a mortgage broker license and a real estate license, you may, therefore, receive dual credit for both licenses. The cost of both will only entail a small additional processing fee.
For those of you who are exclusively realtors, we invite you to join us for the 24-hour class, not only to receive continuing education units, but to understand the new requirements for the originators with whom you will be working.
